35 weeks 3 days...

Oh My Goodness less than 5 weeks to go, tomorrow will be 1 month till our due date too!

Not much has been going on this week, I had an appointment to see the Diabetic Nurse and it  took a little longer than it should have done. My Blood pressure was raised but eventually it came down, my bump is measuring bang on 35cm so that was in keeping with me being 35+1 at the time. Diabetes wise everything is fine, told me to just continue what I'm doing she says my few high readings could be that I had more of a lazy day on them days. They did find keytones in my urine sample +++ so had to drink loads, that took it down to ++ twice it came back that way, when I mentioned I hadn't had lunch yet I was told to go and have lunch do another sample and it came back negative to keytones YAY,so was allowed to go home.

We decided to put our Christmas Decorations up this week to get us in the Christmas spirit, I can't believe how close we are the days are just passing by.

We were supposed to attend antenatal class today but unfortunately I was feeling under the weather this morning so had to cancel. I feel I'm fighting something off after James has been ill with the flu for the past week, hopefully we will be back to full health again soon.

My sister gave birth yesterday to a gorgeous little boy Alfie,Congratulations!

How far along are you?
35+3

How are you sleeping at night?
Its been a bit of a mix with sleeping, most nights this week I've not slept very well but last night I slept well until I was woken up from a horrible nightmare but eventually managed to get back to sleep and slept well lets hope that continues.

Any Baby purchases this week?
This week we have purchased a little cute rabbit soft toy, and today we purchased a white rocking chair off a local for sale site for Baby Green's room,

Best moment regarding baby this week
Baby Green was very cooperative when the midwife wanted to listen to her heartbeat, this is a first her heartbeat sounded like a fast galloping horse.
Also like most weeks just feeling her moving around is amazing!

Any food cravings?
I've been loving some festive shortbread biscuits and they don't up my readings.

How's Mummy?
Apart from feeling a little under the weather today I'm feeling ok, tired and achy but that's all to be expected. I think its sinking in that Baby Green will soon be here and I keep wondering how our daily routines will change. Its all exciting and find it hard to explain the emotions.

What are you looking forward to this week?
We have a midwife appointment on the 10th the same day as James's birthday, so I'm looking forward to going out for a meal with some of James's work friends.

Our Baby in veg/fruit term
